Whether it is your day-to-day medication management, blood sugar management with insulin injection or other complex needs such as catheter care, wound care, intravenous therapy or feeding assistance, our team of qualified and experienced registered nurses will be available at your doorsteps as little as a few hours a week or as per your need.

Based on your individual needs, we are here to assist you or your family members either at home or in the community to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Diabetes management
We can administer a subcutaneous injection of insulin as per your prescription and help you to enjoy stress-free life.
Urinary catheter and continence care
Our qualified Registered Nurses can come to your home to change your catheter as required/ send urine samples as requested by your GP and provide you with holistic nursing care.
Nutrition and enteral feeding
Either you or your family member needing assistance with enteral feedings such as Nasogastric tube (NGT) feeding or Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG), we are always there for you.
Intravenous therapy (IV)
If you have a complex disease condition and require long-term intravenous antibiotic treatment, our registered nurses can come to your home and administer medication as prescribed.
Wound care support and management
Either it is post-operative wound care or chronic wound care, you need ongoing support and care. Wound management such as daily dressing change, applying the regular medication as per prescription is easier and stress-free with Excellent Care service.
Medication management
To manage your medication on regular basis can be challenging because of multiple factors such as your age, transport and the complex nature of medication itself. Our registered nurses will closely work with you and your family members and all members of your care team including GP, Pharmacist and Specialist.
