EXCELLENT CARE PTY LTD is committed to handling all information based on the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. We have consistent processes and practices in place that respect and protect the personal privacy and confidentiality of each participant or worker.

Right to Privacy: We respect participants’ right to privacy and confidentiality, confidentially handle all information and will not disclose any information without the consent of our participants.

Handling your information: EXCELLENT CARE PTY LTD will not disclose any confidential information to any persons who are not employed by EXCELLENT CARE PTY LTD or Participant unless consent has been obtained. Your personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of its collection only such as processing payment, providing you information about our services or as required by law in the event of supplying your information to a third party. This applies to all the team members of excellent care and participants.

Securing your information: We ensure that all confidential information is handled safely in our operations. We stored your information in a password protected network/ your personal files and can be accessed only by relevant staff members. Unless otherwise required by law or part of daily service requirement, our staff/ management team will not disclose, copy, release, sell, alter or destroy any confidential information, either electronic or paper-based unless it is part of job/ services.

If you have any concerns regarding any information that we collect for the service or employment purpose, please feel free to contact us for further clarifications. If there is any breach/mishandling of information, EXCELLENT CARE will initiate a thorough assessment and take relevant actions as required.
